At Gulf Gunite Pools, we’ve simplified the process with two clear base packages, both designed to give you a solid foundation, complete with premium features and zero unnecessary upsells.

From there, you can customize anything—the size, the features, the finishes—to make it fully your own.

Pool Package

Price: $48,000

This includes everything you need for a stunning in-ground gunite pool built to last.

Up to 80′ perimeter (Example: If you took an 80′ string and laid it out as a rectangle, it could be 15′ x 25′. The string also could be laid out in any shape without affecting the price.)

400 sq. ft. of concrete decking with Spray Deck (nonskid texture & acrylic top coat)

White or light gray plaster

Flagstone, brick, or white precast coping

6” ceramic waterline tile

2.7hp variable speed pump

UV sanitation system + automatic chlorine feeder

Dual timer system

2 white lights in the pool

Equipment pad on a 4′ concrete slab

Pool & Spa Package

Price: $65,000

All the features of our Pool Package—plus a larger pool, more decking, and a custom spa designed for hydrotherapy, relaxation, and beauty.

What Affects the Price?

Your final price depends on:

Pool size (measured by perimeter)
Decking and finish materials
Optional features and upgrades
Accessibility or landscaping requirements
Additional 2% fuel charge added to the total price.

Shape does not affect price — we can build anything from a modern rectangle to an organic lagoon, all at the same starting cost per linear foot.
